Refurbished old forge with sauna at the heart of the Creuse Valley, less than a kilometre from a beach and five minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse. Sight-seeing includes: Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Argentomagus, Brenne and Lake Eguzon).

On the ground floor: living room and fitted kitchen in the old forge with a red brick fireplace and wall-mounted wood stove – pantry – WC – bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna. On the first floor: master bedroom with 1 double bed with bath and block with sink and WC – lounge with office area. On the second floor: bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed – relaxation area on a mezzanine (extra sofa bed made of foam). Parking 50 metres away on the square. Electric heating (pay-as-you-go) and wood (€45 per cubic metre).
