For a group of friends or a large family, here is a superb 18th century longère in tufa stone. Bright and very spacious (living room 60m2, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms), it has been beautifully restored. Old furniture, exposed beams, stone fireplace give it an authentic and warm atmosphere. You will be able to recharge your batteries in this magnificent corner of totally preserved nature, in the heart of the Touraine countryside, or go and discover the many attractions of the region. For fishermen, private access to a 1st category river and a private pond. On the property, a second totally independent gîte (6 persons) is fitted out in an old mill.
