Quiet Berrichonne house on the banks of a stream, 7km from Sancerre, comprising a large living room with dining area and lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with 160cm bed. You'll have access to the garden, with deckchairs at your disposal and private use of the waterside terrace with unobstructed views over the countryside. We live in the adjoining house.
