Accueil Organise your stay Where to sleep? Family accomodation La Maison du Coq
Opened since August 2022, the Maison du Coq is an atypical and remarkable place in Mennetour sur Cher. It is an old henhouse built in 1908 and transformed into a second-hand shop and then into a house. Located at the exit of the medieval city, the Maison du Coq has a balcony all along with a breathtaking view on the canal of Berry and the Cher Valley. A landscaped garden with a terrace and a 5-seat spa complete the ensemble. Shops are nearby. Hiking and biking tours are recommended to discover our heritage. Our gite is 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo, Chambord Castle and Cheverny. The Blues Museum is 5 minutes away and the Sologne Museum and the Matra Museum are 10 minutes away.
