Sceaux is 1 hour from Paris and Orléans, 15km from Montargis in the heart of the Gâtinais region. Kitchen, dining room/lounge, toilet, shower room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 singles). Fuel heating at a fixed charge of €8/day Oct-April. Deposit. Large private garden to the rear with swings, basketball net and picnic bench.
