Garden and terrace. Cottage facing South with living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90 m), shower room with wc. Towels included. Electric heating. Local bikes secure. Easy parking outside the House. Food shops in 400 metres. Ideally located to visit the castles of the Loire and the ZooParc de Beauval. A 2nd cottage adjoining under renovation, commendable from July 2016.
