Owner has access past the rear of the house. All on the ground floor: kitchen, living room-lounge (double sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Bathroom, toilet. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 single bed), shower room and toilet. Fixed price fuel heating charge: 3-person gîte €8/day, 5-person gîte €10/day. Possibility of hiring the gîte for 3 people (1 bedroom and sofa). Deposit. Prices for 3 people 255 – 210 – 165 / 125 (weekend)
