Self-contained gîte – 70m2 – sleeps 4 in a typical Touraine farmhouse set in grounds of over 4000M2 with a wooded park equipped with hammocks and deckchairs ideal for relaxing to the sound of birdsong, a play area with slide, swings, trampoline and swimming pool (in summer) and a courtyard with shed for parking the car.
An outdoor area is reserved for you with garden furniture.
The accommodation comprises on the first floor:
A large living room with dining area,
fitted kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven,
bathroom with Italian shower and toilet
