Gîte all on the ground floor: large entrance – Integrated kitchen (microwave – dishwasher) open to living room/lounge (sofa) – 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed in one and 2 90 cm beds in the other) – Shower room – WC – Laundry room that can be used as a bicycle room – Electric heating + wood stove – Washing machine – Beds made on arrival – No rental of towels – Cleaning is compulsory for professionals, optional for individuals: €50 per stay – Wifi – Circuit of the "Loire à Vélo" at 5 km….
