This old farm has been entirely and tastefully renovated with a great deal of care. Situated 12km from the A11 motorway exit and 12km from Illiers-Combray, in a quiet environment on the edge of the Perche.

Separate house (170m²) with on the ground floor: fitted kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Lounge/air-conditioned dining-room with woodburner. Lounge with TV, sofa-bed and mini pool table. Bathroom, separate WC. Laundry with washing machine. On first floor: relaxation area. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms leading into one another: the first with 1 double bed with access to the second with 2 single beds. Shower room, separate WC. Enclosed garden (2,200m²) with terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, boules pitch and table tennis. Sheets provided and option of cleaning fee. Option to have relaxing massages with essential oils (on appointment).
