Near the Châteaux of Bouges and Valençay, this 100m2 gite is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet. Nestled amongst the fields and surrounded by forest, your only visible neighbours will be the deer who roam around the countryside.

Private lake situated 200m away to be enjoyed by those who like fishing (roach, carp etc…) or if you prefer, you can sit in the shade beneath the magnificent oak tree. Ground floor: large living room/kitchen area/lounge area (TV) – shower room/toilet. First floor: Lounge in mezzanine (TV) – 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 singles, 1 cot), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, toilet, 1 bedroom with access outside (1 double bed, 1 single bed with toilet area, TV) – fireplace, electric heating.
