In a chic, ultra-connected apartment governed by ultra-sexy artificial intelligence, the Launay family leads an existence dominated by money, ambition, ego and power games. Alain, star journalist on France 2?s 8 o?clock news program, is preparing a historic interview with Kim Jong-un live from Pyongyang. His friend Pierre Aloïs, head of France Télévisions, is ecstatic. Alain's wife Emmanuelle, a wealthy heiress from a large French family, is an unsuccessful actress. Their teenage daughter, Lola, as ordinary as she is forgotten, is desperate to find her place in this tumult skilfully orchestrated by Mimi, the influential press attaché of the Tout-Paris.

But the balance shifts when a call comes in: Lola has been kidnapped!
