Animation "When plants invite themselves into the kitchen": Textile plants (flax, hemp, hops, tansy, rhubarb, etc.) are traditionally used for their fibers or their dyeing power, but did you know that they are also used in the composition of cooked dishes?
This year, the museum?s textile garden will be transformed into a veritable culinary laboratory. The museum team has put together a collection of more or less sophisticated recipes, and invites you to share your thoughts on these ancestral practices.
