With the opening of the Olympic Games taking place in our home department of Indre, in Châteauroux, with the Shooting competition, we have decided to close our festival with a performance of Weber?s opera Freischütz (The Maverick). The work will be performed in Berlioz?s version, in French, with singers of the highest international renown, notably Vincent Le Texier, who has performed in all the world?s great concert halls.
