What if Thursdays in July became an educational event at the heart of the region? Every Thursday in July, La Biche opens its doors to the general public for a convivial moment of discovery, tasting and immersion at the heart of goat milk processing.

Each event begins with a short video presentation and ends with a tour of the site. It’s an opportunity to discover our working environment, discuss our daily routine and get a behind-the-scenes look at local goat cheese production.

Fresh or mature goat cheeses, aperitif spreads, 100% artisanal recipes? Visitors will have the opportunity to taste our range, including the famous Couronne Lochoise, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
