Journée des peintres dans la rue – Châteauneuf-sur-Cher

Whether you're a child, an amateur, a professional or simply enjoy painting, you're invited to "sketch" Châteauneuf-sur-Cher on this day dedicated to painting. An itinerary will be proposed to allow walkers to meet the painters in action.
For those wishing to paint, it's best to register. Meet at the Chalet à Châteauneuf between 9:30 and 10 a.m. Painters will be able to set up on several "sites/viewpoints" in the heart of the town. Remember to bring your own equipment. For visitors, a tour will be available to enable you to meet the artists in action. Prize-giving ceremonies will be held in the chalet at 4 p.m., with a pot de l'amitié. You'll be able to vote for the People's Choice Award.
An exhibition and sale of the paintings will be held in the windows of Châteauneuf businesses.
