In residence in Luynes for 8 weeks between March 22 and July 4, 2025, Fabien Tabur will develop a body of work in printmaking and drawing related to the intermingling of landscapes.

“Contrary to a nostalgic vision of the rural world, I represent the crossbreeding of our landscapes: domesticated plants and places cohabit with wilder species and environments. The agrarian coexists with the woodland, the field with the wasteland, the enclosed with the communal, the local with the exotic, the industrial with the food-producing, modernity with the past. All these images tell the story of man as craftsman of the landscape, staging the traces of his work and their erosion.” ? Fabien Tabur
