bd BOUM, Blois comics festival. It is one of the most important comic book events in France.

bd BOUM the Festival of Bd of Blois. Each year, during three days, the festival welcomes 200 authors, 22 000 visitors, 70 exhibitors and a dozen exhibitions. Workshops of artistic practices for schoolchildren, shows and meetings of authors are organized. Conferences, literary cafés, debates, a professional day, a concert and cinema are scheduled during the weekend. Different prizes are awarded each year.
