Using a seasonal basket of raw, local produce, we prepare a 100% plant-based dish and dessert together.
This lunchtime workshop is a colorful, vitamin-packed first step towards introducing you to or perfecting your knowledge of healthy, tasty, gourmet cooking, so you'll never be short of ideas for your menus.
We cover the techniques of vegetarian cooking: cutting and cooking vegetables, legumes, combinations, seasoning and sauces, the right dose of spices and aromatic plants, oilseed puree bindings and many other chef?s secrets?
The workshop ends with a convivial lunch to prolong the exchanges.
