This year, the great festival “Le 15 août au château de Gizeux, Plongez dans l’Histoire” is back! From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., more than 50 exhibitors will gather at the castle to bring back to life the atmosphere of the 18th century.
Arts and crafts, artists, local producers, fencers, dancers, …
Installed in the castle, the outbuildings and the various courtyards, they will help you discover and share their know-how throughout this exceptional day.
Numerous activities will punctuate this great festival: cloak and dagger duels, egg painting demonstrations, discovery of an 18th century camp, presentation of packs of hounds, discovery of the animals of the educational farm… not forgetting the various “taverns”!
