The Tasting Room is a small wine tourism business, but alongside it, Cathy Henton works in partnership with several winemakers. She worked in the wine trade in England for many years before moving to France in 2006. A wine educator, she has a WSET Diploma level 4 and a Diploma in Viti/Oeno.
