Atelier : L'Odyssée
Workshop for 5 to 14 year olds on the theme of the Odyssey by the Friends of Old Martizay.
The Odyssey tells the story of Odysseus' return from the Trojan War: ten years of wandering, according to Homer, on a sea journey full of dangerous encounters. The episodes of this story show, in a legendary way, the dangers of navigation at that time.
We will follow Odysseus and his companions on this journey; then, the participants will make a statuette representing one of these mythical beings encountered during this long journey or will illustrate the different stages of the map in an individual booklet with drawings.
