Producing cheeses since the end of the 19th century, the MOREAU dairy specialises into traditional goat cheese of the Cher valley : Sainte Maure de Touraine cheese and Selles-sur-Cher cheese since the 70’s when these 2 Protected Designations of Origin (PDO) were created.
The MOREAU dairy, produces goat cheeses with 2 main products : Sainte Maure de Touraine cheese and Selles-sur-Cher cheese. The team ensures the production of cheese 365 days a year. The products are sold in our shop, directly from the cheese dairy. We are pleased to welcome you to our cheese dairy at Bellevue Farm where you can discover and understand how our cheeses are made. Our production premises are visible through picture windows, so you can enter our daily world… A tasting of our cheeses will then be offered in our reception room. You will be able to discover our range of maturing cheeses, from the freshest to the tastiest !
