The Chauveau house is a family business handed down from father to son. A grain farm that had to reinvent itself in the 90s. Lentils being a favourable crop for the Champagne Berrichonne region, lentils were an obvious choice.
Producer in Berry of four varieties of lentils, green, pink, floral and black. To discover the taste of lentils, we make several derivative products. Lentil Flour (naturally gluten-free).
