The Cave des Roches is the only cellar in the world to cultivate the different mushrooms 50 meters underground. The cultivation spreads over 120 kilometers of galleries on 7 stages. The old-fashioned cultivation in their natural atmosphere at 12°C results in a mushroom with incomparable flavour and guaranteed vitamins. The total production amounts to more than 100 tons of mushrooms per year, picked entirely by hand. The Cave des Roches has a varied range of mushrooms (blue foot, shii také, oyster mushroom, arvensis, old-fashioned button mushroom, etc.) and produces 40% of the world's production of blue foot. Also: tasting, visit with the tufa quarry and the underground city.
