Family-run for 3 generations, the Gibault Vineyard stretches out over 30 hectares and is cultivated with respect for the environment. The diversity of grape varieties and the richness of its terroir allow a comprehensive and varied range of wines to be produced.
Guided tour of the vineyard with an explanation of the work on the different vine colours. Other production : PDO Touraine méthode traditionnelle (sparkling). Also : several discovery week-ends during the year (whose the public holidays on the 1rst march) with a tour of the vineyard in 4×4 (on demand), tasting of some products, artisanal booths…
