Erwan Lazennec is a market gardener in Chassignolles near La Châtre and is based at the Chou Marin farm. He has been growing organically since 2015 under 800m² of greenhouse and 2,000 m² of open field land. The vegetable garden is the object of all his attention. He sells his produce directly at the farm or at the "Bio lo & Co" shop that he opened with other producers in the area in the centre of La Châtre.
