Ferme de La Fontenille

Presentation

A black diamond that exalts the taste buds, and cavage (harvesting) is an art in itself.
Harvested from December to February, its cultivation in Berry is booming.
You’ll find them at specialized markets or directly from Stéphanie, who can advise you on how to enjoy them simply but ideally.
