Eau d'Émeraude au Monastère de Bouzy-la-Forêt

Eau d’Émeraude is a skin and oral care lotion made from honey and three plants: sage, rosemary and mint. An alcoholic fermentation in which these plants macerate produces a 50% vol. alcohol by distillation, preserving their medicinal properties. The “water” takes on its emerald colour thanks to a natural and traditional process handed down from generation to generation.
