Domaine Sylvain Bailly is a family-run business located in Bué.
The Saint-Ursain calvary, erected in 1877, completes the appellation of our estate.
Following in Sylvain’s footsteps, Marie-Hélène and Jacques, who have run the estate for some twenty years, were joined at the end of 2007 by their daughter Sonia.
In 1995, our vineyard was extended into the Quincy appellation.
This vineyard in the Centre-Loire region, planted with Sauvignon grapes, enables us, along with Sancerre, to offer a complete range of white, red and rosé wines produced directly from the estate.
