Domaine Lecomte
Our family estate is located in the Loire Valley, more precisely in the center of France. Established in Quincy since 1995, we have expanded our vineyard, in early 2010, with 3 hectares of Châteaumeillant where we made our first hand harvest under a bright sun.
Châteaumeillant 2010, the first vintage to obtain the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Châteaumeillant, expresses the inestimable qualities of its terroirs.
For the record, Quincy was the first vineyard in the Loire Valley to obtain the AOC in August 1936 and Châteaumeillant is the last appellation of the Loire Valley to obtain the AOC.
