In the heart of the St Nicolas tarrace, this 27-hectare vineyard is home to fine cabernet franc grapes harvested by hand when perfectly ripe. The Frédéric Mabileau estate also has a restaurant: Chez Odette.
The fruit is our jewel, hand-picked, the grapes are followed with great care from the fruit to the bottle. The work on the land is organic and biodynamic, not an end in itself but a way of making the terroir speak for itself. It is an approach to life, a way of approaching it that is undoubtedly more respectful of life.
