The Domaine de l'Ermitage is located in the vineyards of the Loire Valley in Berry-Bouy in the Cher department. The Domaine is located 2h30 south of Paris, a few kilometers from the banks of the Loire, on the slopes.
The vineyard of Menetou-Salon is delimited on a surface of 1090 ha of which half is already planted. The appellation area covers 10 communes. The great homogeneity of Menetou-Salon’s soils gives the product a beautiful and true identity.
