The Cave Prévost is a family-owned winery, present in Vignoux-sous-les-Aix for 4 generations. Our estate is located on the clay-limestone slopes that dominate the commune of Vignoux-sous-les-Aix in the Menetou-Salon appellation area.
With 2 hectares at the beginning, our exploitation extends now on more than 13 hectares. A real human-sized company, we produce our wines with a love of the trade and tradition. Our methods and our know-how, combining tradition and modernity, give our wine a quality that has been rewarded many times.
