Cave Pascal & Pierre Bourgeois
Since the 1600s, several generations of winegrowers have built our family winery. A large part of our vineyard is located at the foot of our cellar. Respecting and listening to nature, the magic of wine and conviviality are the key words of the place.
Pascal and his son Pierre, perpetuate with requirement the traditions and uses on their exploitation and will be happy to welcome you for a tasting.
You will find Pascal busy with the work of the vines, Pierre elaborating with care the wine making and Nathalie and Gabrielle at the reception. Our structure allows us to work meticulously and respectfully of the environment
Our estate has 13 hectares planted on clay-limestone soils dating from the Upper Jurassic (Kimmeridgian). Some parcels are characterized by a carpet of small fossilized shells called “oreilles de poules”. Our wines are made from the Sauvignon grape variety for the whites and the Pinot Noir grape variety for the reds and rosés.
