Frédérique and Fréderic Flaux offer half-day brewing courses: a historical, theoretical and practical approach to the program! By practical, we mean brewing techniques, but also tasting… You will learn how to find the aromas, understand the tastes, characterize the beer to be able to talk about it. At the end of 4 hours, you will have created a beer which resembles you and with products of Berry: malt of Issoudun, fruits of Saint-Martin-d'Auxigny, marc of grapes of Menetou-Salon, hops of their garden..
