We left Gargilesse, a small village loved by George Sand, a woman of great inspiration of the cook, for the village of Cluis known for its Luma festival ! We start cooking snails and brewing beer after the retirement of our brewer from Creuse, we buy his equipment & his great experience !
Artisanal beers of high fermentation, unfiltered, unpasteurized & double fermentation in the bottle. Malt 95% French (Malterie d’Issoudun) and hops from Alsace. Beers depending on the season – flavoured with spices, plants, flowers and local honey.
Our beers are packaged in 50cl bottles and in 20 or 30litre casks to order. Visits & purchase of our beers – directly at the brewery by appointment by phone.
