Composed of 18 thatched cottages, two bread ovens, a well and a washing place, Kerhinet is a typical hamlet of the Brière. Bought by the Brière Nature Park in the 1970's, Kerhinet is today an open air museum, dedicated to the local architecture, a promenade, and a starting point to discover the Nature Park. Open all year long and free of charge, entirely pedestrian, Kerhinet can be visited in familly or with friends, by folowing the 12 panels of explanations about the former life style and the history of the village (in French, translated in English and German).
