Nothing but fresh ingredients and homemade delicacies served here with a view over the port. All our dishes, some of which are very original, are prepared by our chef ‘Xavier Chevallier’ who was trained in a variety of famous restaurants: chez Julien, Le Laurent, Le Taillevent, l'Auberge Bretonne ‘amongst others’. We welcome into our kitchens young people who love ‘our trade’ and who we in turn train.
