From its opening, Lait Thym Sel has obtained a prominent place in Angers’ culinary landscape. Food lovers made no mistake about it: a diner realised by chef Gaëtan Morvan (who has worked in famous restaurants, like Manoir de la Boulaye of Laurent Saudeau, near Nantes) is a unique experience. The unique menu, composed of seven dishes, shows the subtle and precise know-how of the chef who masters perfectly the assembling of ingredients and the balance of flavours. His partner, Fanny Gardier, who has also worked in famous hotels around the world, work with talent in this restaurant with its warm and modern decoration. Surely, one of the best restaurants in Angers. So, here is an advice: make reservations (very) early!
