Clos Saint-Fiacre in Mareau-aux-Prés
The last stage of the trip is Mareau-aux-Près, near Orléans. That is where Cave du Clos Saint-Fiacre has been writing its history and that of its wines since... 1635! Here, the Montigny-Piel family cultivates vines to produce white, red and rosé wines in the Orléans AOC and red wines in the Orléans-Cléry AOC. Today, the estate stretches across 17 hectares, and prides itself on producing its wines in a carefully thought-out way, ensuring that the environment is respected. Bénédicte and Hubert Piel will be delighted to welcome you to the cellar, to discover and taste their wines.
