Le Plateau de la forêt – Randonnée en Nord-Touraine

The Plateau de la Forêt trail in Beaumont-Louestault, Nord-Touraine, is certified by the Fédération Française de Randonnée Pédestre. Signposted in blue and running in a clockwise direction, you'll start and finish at the local stadium parking lot. You'll have the opportunity to cross plains and forests and admire architectural gems such as the Château de Beaumont. This charming walk, just a stone's throw from the Châteaux de la Loire, will take you into the footsteps of the famous poet Pierre de Ronsard.
