Description
The Château of La Chapelle d'Angillon has one of the oldest examples of military architecture in Cher, with its keep built in 1050. The Château of La Chapelle d'Angillon was the residence of the Princes of Boisbelle. Two cathedral builders also lived here. This place is still reminiscent of the novels Le Grand Meaulnes and La Princesse de Clèves. It is also said that the great Sully made his kingdom here. Meal option in the château.
