La Closeraie – La Grange

This pretty stone house of tufa on a closed and raised ground of approximately 2000 m2 with private carpark is composed of two distinct buildings renovated in which I elected residence in the rez of road and dedicated the floor to the first lodging of a capacity of 5 people, and for the second building, the beautiful adjacent outbuilding which is the barn with a capacity of 7 persons is composed of three individual bedrooms with private bathrooms & toilets for the first floor and a common living space on the ground floor composed of a fully equipped and fitted kitchen open on a living room with lounge. For relaxation, the garden is equipped with a lounge, a barbecue, tables and deckchairs and games for children.
