We rent our beautiful country house, a fully restored barn of 350m², for vacations with family or friends, in the heart of the Sancerrois region (2h from Paris by car, Cosne sur Loire train station 15 mn away).
Set in 1200m² of south-facing garden, this house comprises,
-first floor: 80 m² reception room with fireplace, large 50 m² kitchen/dining room, scullery, bathroom and separate toilet with washbasin
-on the 1st floor, a large mezzanine distributes 5 double bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.

The reception area features a large table d?hôtes for
10 people, table soccer, billiards and a real bar dartboard.

Outside, a lovely south-facing high terrace, a slide, a barbecue, a ping pong table and a petanque court allow you to make the most of the campsite
