The house is located in the heart of downtown, offering immediate proximity to shops and at the same time in the middle of the countryside, with a lovely garden overlooking the Loir. On fine days, you can enjoy meals at the water's edge or some fishing, or simply sunbathe while contemplating the reflection of the trees, flowers and the King's Tower in the river. The gite has been fully renovated, affording each room warmth and personalised decoration. From the sun-lit veranda overlooking the garden, admire idyllic views of the riverbed and the historic buildings of the medieval town.
