This beautiful gîte near BLOIS has a 'country chic' feel throughout its 105 m2. It is fitted out for 6 people in the old wing of the Domaine de Champouteau, adjoining the HORTENSIAS gîte and next to the owner's house, all without opposite. The property is 10 minutes from exit 17 of the A10 motorway, towards Chartres.
On the ground floor, living room, open plan kitchen, shower room, separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: large grey bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 baby bed, toilet corner), taupe bedroom (1 bed 140, toilet corner), griotte bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom.
