Organized by the Jeunes Agriculteurs du Cher, "Toques et Bottes", a gastronomic event bringing together chefs from the department, is back again this year!
Come and enjoy a 100% local meal, prepared live by talented chefs honoring the flavors of our region.

Here’s the menu:
Starter: Three-vegetable terrine, jelly & mustard cream (Chef Jean-Bertrand from Domaine Fraiseau-Leclerc)
Main course: Veal burger, pickles or coleslaw, cow’s milk cheese, brisket chips (Chef Rémi Woronowskejj from the Au Pti Berrichon food-truck)
Dessert: Honey & walnut financier, light mousse, apple pollen jelly (Chef William Gauriat from La Forge restaurant in Le Subdray)

Meals to eat in or take away:
On site from 11:30am to 2pm
Takeaway from 11:30am to 5pm
