Jazz – Jérôme Rateau Quartet "Flâneries musicales"

Friends since their days at the Paris Conservatoire, the members of the Jérôme Rateau Quartet present a program in which the virtuosity of each member fades into the background to highlight the sophistication of the arrangements.
These four are already at the top of their game, both technically and in terms of their mastery of harmonies.
Jérôme Rateau, the project initiator with a galloping right hand, sets the direction on piano, accompanied by Manu Codja on guitar, Bruno Schorp on double bass and Karl Jannuska on drums.
These guys are more than virtuosos, they’re possessed.
