Departures from Panzoult 3 courses: 7 km at 9:30 am, 13.5 km at 9 am and 17 km at 8:30 am. Registration from 8:15 am. Refreshments at mid-course and a friendly drink at the finish. Bring your cup and your picnic. Dogs must be kept on a short leash.
